Disclaimer of Accreditation Status and Scope of Services
Please be advised that my services are provided in the capacity of a professional coach and educator. I am not currently an accredited agent, attorney, or Veterans Service Organization (VSO) representative with the Department of Veterans Affairs. As such, I cannot act as your legal representative, file a claim on your behalf, or communicate with the VA regarding your case.
My services are strictly educational and preparatory. The goal of our sessions is to empower you with the knowledge, strategy, and organizational skills to confidently and effectively prepare and manage your own VA claim or to work more efficiently with an accredited VSO of your choice.
In the spirit of full transparency, an application for accreditation as a VA Claims Agent has been submitted to the VA Office of the General Counsel (OGC). That application is currently pending under Case #022D–116629. There is no estimated date of completion for this review process. My status as a non-accredited coach will remain until a formal approval is granted by the VA OGC.
All decisions to file a claim and the contents of that claim are the sole responsibility of the veteran.
